Full Job Description Job Summary Creator In Me Youth Athletics Division Location:

MadisonHeights, MI Seasonal Stipend (Founding Position - Growth-Based) Creator In Me is launching an elite all-girls competitive cheer team focused on athletic excellence, creative expression, discipline, and mental development. This is a founding opportunity to help build a long-term competitive brand that blends performance artistry with structured athletic training. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Coach who is passionate about youth development and understands that elite cheer is both sport and performance. Duties Assist with stunts, tumbling, jumps, and routine execution Support choreography development and creative transitions Help instill discipline, focus, and accountability Encourage mental resilience and team leadership Attend practices, team events, and competitions Maintain high safety and performance standards Requirements Competitive cheer background (All-Star, High School, or Collegiate)

• Experience coaching or mentoring youth (ages 6-18)
• Strong understanding of competition standards
• Able to balance structure with creative expression
• Firm, motivating, and professional
• CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)

Compensation:

Seasonal stipend based on athlete registration numbers. Founding coaches will have growth opportunities as the program expands, with performance-based incentives and leadership advancement potential.
