As a vital member of our sports and fitness team, you will develop personalized training programs, foster a motivating environment, and promote safe, effective boxing techniques. Your passion for sports coaching and commitment to client success will help participants achieve their fitness goals while building confidence, discipline, and resilience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact through dynamic coaching and sports education. Duties Design and deliver engaging boxing training sessions tailored to individual skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes Teach proper boxing techniques, including stance, footwork, punching combinations, defensive skills, and conditioning exercises Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust training plans accordingly Promote safety by ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols during all activities Foster a motivating environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth among clients Lead warm-up and cool-down routines, emphasizing injury prevention and proper stretching techniques Maintain clear communication with clients regarding schedules, progress updates, and safety instructions Experience Prior experience as a boxing coach or trainer is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of boxing techniques, training methods, and safety procedures Experience working with children or youth in sports or physical education settings is advantageous Background in martial arts such as Karate or Judo enhances coaching versatility Proven ability to lead group classes or individual coaching sessions with enthusiasm and professionalism Familiarity with AED operation and first aid/CPR certification is required for safety compliance Strong communication skills to effectively instruct clients of diverse backgrounds and skill levels Join us in empowering individuals through the exciting sport of boxing!
