We are seeking two part-time, reliable, compassionate, energetic people to coach in our competitive Xcel gymnastics program as we need one person for Blaine/Ham Lake (9-12 hours per week) and one for Ramsey (12-20 hours per week). Compensation will be based on experience level starting between $18-$28 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up rotations and teach level-appropriate skills, following the Jam Hops gymnastics curriculum Give valid corrections and comments to athletes Display a positive attitude and body language while coaching Adhere to safe practices on all equipment Additional requirements: A love of kids and gymnastics! Experience with Xcel competitive levels Silver-Platinum or Developmental Program level 4-6 Ability to handle the physical activity involved in spotting and moving equipment: pulling, lifting, crouching, etc. Keep current with required trainings and certifications Work evenings and weekends, including traveling to out-of-town meets Attend monthly staff celebrations and All Staff Trainings If you believe you can bring enthusiasm, compassion, dedication, and a sense of fun to our program, then we invite you to apply for this position.
