Key Qualifications:

Hold a current Minnesota Special Education Teaching License ASD endorsement preferred for those interested in Transition Center roles School-based special education teaching experience is ideal but not required Strong communication and collaborative skills Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct instruction and classroom management tailored to students unique needs Collaborate with general education teams, related service providers, and families Monitor and document student progress, adjusting supports as needed Engage in professional development and adhere to district and state guidelines Experience firsthand the rewards of enhancing student outcomes and working within welcoming and supportive school communities.
