6-week sessions Edina location Tuesdays 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM, with sometime for set up and take down. Love Kids? Love Energy? Ready to Lead? Kidtresting is looking for an energetic, confident, and dependable Tumbling Coach to lead our tumbling and movement classes for young children throughout the Twin Cities area. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids, has gymnastics, tumbling, dance, cheer, or youth coaching experience, and is comfortable taking the lead in creating a fun, structured, and positive class environment. What You'll Do Lead tumbling and movement classes for young children Plan and guide age-appropriate activities, skills, and stations Provide direction and support to Assistant Coaches Demonstrate tumbling skills and help children safely practice new movements Keep children engaged, encouraged, and actively participating Communicate positively and professionally with parents and caregivers Lead parent/child participation during younger age-group classes Set up and take down tumbling equipment Maintain a safe, organized, and positive class environment Represent Kidtresting professionally at our partner locations What Makes This Role Special Opportunity to take the lead and make each class your own Supportive and growing team environment Hands-on experience leading early childhood movement programs Fun, high-energy atmosphere Consistent weekday programming with opportunities for additional weekend hours Opportunity to grow with Kidtresting as we expand to additional locations We're Looking For Someone Who Has previous gymnastics, tumbling, dance, cheer, coaching, or similar movement experience Has experience working with young children Is confident leading a class independently Is energetic, patient, encouraging, and engaging Has strong communication and classroom management skills Is comfortable being active and hands-on throughout class Is dependable, organized, and team-oriented Is available to work both weekdays and occasional weekends Is willing to travel throughout the Twin Cities area The Kind of Head Coach We Love You bring the energy.
