We're growing and hiring a part-time cleaner to join our small, supportive team. Pay Flat rate per completed cleaning — typically $120-$160 per job. That's 45% of the client price when we provide all supplies and equipment, or 55% if you bring your own. Most jobs take 4-6 hours. This is flat-rate, not hourly: thorough, efficient cleaners earn more. Schedule Part-time, 1-3 days per week, weekdays only (Monday-Friday). No weekends, ever. You choose the days that work for you. What you'll do Recurring home cleanings, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans Follow our room-by-room checklists — training provided, no experience required Work in private homes across Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs What you won't do No carpet cleaning, no outdoor or yard work, no heavy lifting. This is interior residential cleaning.
