Primary Duties:
Youth gymnastics coaches lead and support classes for children of various ages and skill levels, focusing on skill development, safety, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Coaches are responsible for planning and leading practices, demonstrating techniques, spotting athletes, and promoting teamwork, discipline, and confidence in young gymnasts.Qualifications:
Must be 16 or older Gymnastics experience a plus Must complete spotting skills, first Aid, concussion awareness and AED training The physical ability to lead and interact in group activities and perform related physical skills High School Staff- $14•16/hr based on experience Adults Staff•$18•22/hr based on experience
