Job Description

Boys Volleyball Head Coach Duties:
Program development, player evaluation, schedule practices and games. Responsible for overall Boys Volleyball program including: Coach student athletes in strategies and techniques to prepare for competition. Motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. Provide leadership, direction and support to the high school and youth programs, within the rules of Minnesota State High School League and Coon Rapids High School and its affiliated district/conference(s). Facilitate the development of boys volleyball players, not only as players but also as people with good character and integrity. Previous volleyball coach experience preferred
