Job Description

Academy of Holy Angels Starliners Dance Team in Richfield, MN, is hiring an Assistant Coach for its winter sports program, scheduled from mid-October to mid-February. This position will be 4-5 days per week, plus some Saturdays throughout the season. In this role, you will be working directly with the Head Coaches and the student-athletes in the program.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Ability to demonstrate proper dance technique Ability to assist students with positive improvements to their skills and execution Ability to lead warmups and stretching exercises Assist head coaches with choreography Lead practices and small group sessions Accompany the team to events and competitions Other Satisfactory completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screen Employees are required to complete safe environment training Must comply with Minnesota State High School League coaching requirements Stipend $2,250 - $3,000
