Experienced Recreational Boys Gymnastics Coach Mini-Hops Gymnastics - 2.0 Plymouth, MN Job Details Part-time $18 - $26 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Employee relationship building Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Position Overview The Part-Time Gymnastics Coach joins the Mini-Hops Gymnastics coaching staff to deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in a fun and positive environment. This role focuses on supporting children's growth through gymnastics while maximizing positive impact in the community. Coaches may work across multiple programs and contribute to Mini-Hops' mission of teaching life lessons through sport. Hours & Employment Details Part-time, hourly position Pay range: $18.00-$26.00 per hour Flexible scheduling with primary needs including: Week nights and Saturdays Compensation & Benefits 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid holidays Staff discounts Wages and benefits commensurate with experience Qualifications 1-3 years of boys gymnastics coaching or teaching experience Love working with children and supporting their growth and development Passionate, professional, and eager to inspire and teach Willingness to coach across multiple programs, including boys, girls, trampoline, preschool, and adaptive programs Core Responsibilities Deliver safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate gymnastics instruction Support Mini-Hops' mission of teaching life lessons through sport Create a positive and motivating learning environment Build strong relationships with athletes, families, and staff Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture Personal Characteristics The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to coaching excellence. About Mini-Hops Gymnastics Established in 1976, Mini-Hops Gymnastics is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization serving Minnesota families in a safe, family-oriented environment. We offer gymnastics and fitness programs for ages 5 months through adulthood and are one of the few remaining parent-supported organizations in the country. Mini-Hops has a long-standing tradition of helping people of all ages build confidence, overcome fears, and embrace new challenges through sport.
