WORK HOURS
Hours include practices (3:15 to 6:00) plus evening and weekend matches. Season runs November 23, 2026 through January 29, 2027.
JOB DUTIES
Help direct, teach and coach Wrestling athlete's skills at Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Coaching and/or playing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with MSHSL rules
  • Organization skills
  • Supervision experience, willingness to support Head Coach & contribute to the team
  • Passion for Wrestling
  • Ability to teach and coach Wrestling skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must meet the MSHSL Coaching requirements (can be completed after hire)
  • Desire a CPR/AED certification, not required.
SALARY and
BENEFITS
Salary based on the 2025-2027 Sauk Rapids-Rice Education Associations Master Agreement BA+10 lane at 6% or 6.5% starting at $3,162 to $4,697. No additional benefits are associated with this position.
