Job Description
Sofive Soccer Center is hiring energetic and engaging soccer coaches to lead skills-based classes for children ages 5-12. These classes have a fun first focus and prioritize skill and player development. As a Skills Institute Coach, you will deliver structured classes using a curriculum while creating a fun and encouraging environment that promotes player development, teamwork, and confidence. Coaches are expected to be very engaging and high energy. Job Requirements The ability to teach fundamental soccer skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, and teamwork. Follow the Skills Institute curriculum to deliver age-appropriate instruction. Have an engaging presence while coaching. Work a consistent schedule Must be 16+ years old Weekday evening and weekend morning availability is required Job Qualifications Passion for soccer and working with children. Playing or coaching experience. Knowledge of soccer fundamentals. Qualified individuals will be loud, enthusiastic, energetic, patient, and reliable.
