As an instructor, you will be responsible for developing young athletes' skills in a safe manner and fostering a love of sports and movement in a positive and encouraging environment. If you are passionate about sports and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and instruction in sports such as ninja, tumbling, gymnastics, and other sports and activities
• Ensure the safety of participants during practices and events
• Follow training programs and monitor/evaluate performance, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other coaches to enhance the overall sports program

Experience Must Haves:

• Background in sports or physical fitness as a participant and/or coach and physically capable of moving equipment and assisting athletes
• Friendly demeanor with good communication skills and ability to positively motivate athletes
• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualities:

• Previous experience in coaching, childcare, or youth development programs
• Knowledge of sports listed above
