Job Description

Youth Sports Coach - Flexible Weekday Hours We are currently seeking an experienced individual to support our Fall 2026 programming in the Cary/Apex/Holly Springs area.
JOB SUMMARY
Kidokinetics is a mobile youth sports program introducing children (ages 18 months-12 years ) to sports in a fun, positive, non‑competitive environment. Classes are held at schools, daycares, parks, and community centers primarily in the Cary/Apex/South Durham area.
Important Scheduling Note:
This position does NOT have a set or consistent schedule . Flexibility is essential. Coaches must be willing to accept classes as they become available , including filling in and covering sessions on short notice.
This Role Is Best For Someone Who Is:
Highly reliable and always on time Comfortable leading classes independently Outgoing, energetic, and engaging Flexible and able to take classes as they come Able to travel to multiple locations
Requirements:
Previous experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Clean background check
Details:
Monday-Friday (morning and early afternoons) Up to 15 hours per week (varies weekly) Paid training provided Hourly pay based on experience Immediate opening Apply only if you have relevant experience with young children and can commit to a flexible, on‑call style schedule . We are looking for a candidate to grow with us!
