Women's Varsity Basketball - Assistant Coach Help Build Something Special. We are looking for an energetic, passionate Assistant Coach to join our second-year Women's Varsity Basketball program. This is a great opportunity for an AAU coach, former player, or someone looking to take the next step into Varsity High School coaching and make a meaningful impact. We are building a program from the ground up, with an emphasis on fundamentals, player development, team culture, and long-term success. The right person will have an opportunity to learn, grow, contribute ideas, and play an important role in establishing the identity of our program. We're looking for someone who:

• Loves basketball and enjoys teaching the game
• Has a strong understanding of fundamental skills and team concepts
• Wants to develop as a coach while developing our players
• Builds positive relationships with student-athletes
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
• Is excited about being part of building a program—not just maintaining one Playing experience is valued, but a passion for teaching, learning, and helping young athletes grow is what matters most.
