Job Description

The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Assist at all practices (which take place at the end of the regular school day). Attend and coach home and away wrestling meets. Develop student athletes, including skills, conditioning, knowledge of wrestling, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Create and execute strategies during wrestling meets. Collaborate with the School's athletics department and uphold The O'Neal School's mission and vision.
Requirements:
Previous experience competing in wrestling required; experience coaching wrestling preferred Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop students Dependability, responsibility, and reliability Enthusiasm and flexibility All employees hired by The O'Neal School must have legal authorization to work in the United States and must pass a pre-employment background check.
