(Graduate Assistant) Assistant Softball CoachPosition Overview Mayville State University is seeking a motivated and dedicated Graduate Assistant to serve as an Assistant Softball Coach. This 10-month position provides hands-on coaching experience while supporting the academic and athletic mission of the university. The successful candidate will assist the head coach in all aspects of the softball program and contribute to a positive, competitive, and student-centered team environment.

Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist the head coach in all aspects of the softball programRecruit qualified student-athletes in all aspects of the gameAssist with daily coaching, practice planning, and player developmentSupport home game operations, including set-up and take-downAssist with field maintenance and facility upkeepBuild strong, positive relationships with student-athletes to enhance their collegiate experienceUphold and promote the academic and athletic mission of Mayville State UniversityPerform other job-related duties as assigned Minimum QualificationsCollege softball or baseball experienceStrong commitment to student-athlete development, academic success, and program integrityExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Compensation$7,000 for the 10-month appointment (August 1 - May 31)Opportunity for professional development and hands-on collegiate coaching experienceMore Information & Apply
