Daytime, Monday-Friday ND Home Health is hiring a part-time caregiver/home support worker for an individual receiving services in their home in Mayville, North Dakota. This is currently a small, client-specific position averaging approximately 3 to 4 hours per week. It may be a good fit for someone looking for a few additional hours each week rather than a traditional part-time schedule. What You'll Help With The primary responsibilities for this position include: Light housekeeping Laundry Meal preparation Assistance with shopping and errands Communication and general daily living support Helping the individual maintain their home and daily routine This position does not currently involve a full-time or high-hour caseload. Schedule Services are provided during the daytime Monday through Friday. The current need is approximately one 3 to 4-hour visit per week, with the specific day and schedule coordinated based on the client's service plan and availability. Work Environment Services are provided in the client's home in Mayville, ND. There are cats in the home, so applicants should be comfortable working around pets. What We're Looking For Applicants should be: Dependable and able to consistently keep scheduled visits Comfortable working independently in a client's home Respectful of individual preferences and differences Able to assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and errands Able to communicate professionally with clients and ND Home Health Able to complete required employment, onboarding, and training requirements Employment Type Part-time, W-2 employee Approximately 3-4 hours per week to start. Additional hours may become available in the future as ND Home Health adds clients in the Mayville area, but additional hours are not guaranteed. Pay $22 per hour About ND Home Health ND Home Health provides home support services to help individuals remain safely and independently in their homes and communities.
