Job Description

The Cranmore Snowsports School is looking to add bothfull-time (4-5 days per week), and part-time (combination of vacationperiods and/or weekends), enthusiastic and inspirational ski and snowboardinstructors to join their TEAM. Do you love to ski and ride, enjoyteaching others while learning new ideas, and want to share your knowledge,enthusiasm, and fun with others? Because we are building the next generation ofSki and Snowboard instructors. Teaching skiing and snowboarding is not just anywinter job. It's about building relationships and trust and connectingpeople to fun as they gain confidence sliding on snow. You'll be enhancing andchanging lives forever, making friendships that last a lifetime, both with ourguests and your teammates, while sharing your knowledge and passion to exploreeverything the mountain has to offer with others just like you while improvingskills. Let it be your reason to escape to the outdoors and join ourmountain family. Be it your first job in Snowsports School or you'vealready built a career in teaching. Yes, there is a path to grow on, acareer to build, and we want to invest in you - be it certification orjust setting some goals to get started! We don't expect you to join ourteam knowing everything (or even anything) about ski/snowboarding instructing,but we do expect you be committed to improving, learning, and evolving as aninstructor and Snowsports athlete. We are committed to helping youimprove as an instructor through opportunities training, team teaching andmentorship, and we are committed to helping you be the best instructor you canbe.
