Job Description

Responsibilities:

Teach private swim lessons Assess students ability Work with students at their pace while consistently challenging them to progress further Transition trial lessons to new enrollments Being an ambassador of safety Maintain positive relationships Our requirements are:

• Minimum 1 year experience teaching swim lessons Must be 18 years or older Must be able to swim Work with beginner level students Work with pre-school aged students Current CPR and Lifeguard Certification or willingness to become certified (Making Waves can certify you) Able to commit to our company for at least one year. No seasonal hires. Must possess good time management skills Must possess good communication skills Must possess strong organizational skills Must be able to have fun with their students!

Shifts Available:

Weekdays:

Between 4 pm and 8 pm Saturdays Between 9 am and 6 pm

Sundays:

Between 11 am and 7 pm

•Many other locations available with additional shifts needing coverage.
