In this role, you will lead engaging training sessions, attend competitions with your athletes, foster a positive environment for growth, and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed. Your passion for gymnastics, physical education, and working with children will help cultivate confidence, discipline, and teamwork among your students. This is a paid coaching position with additional earning potential through private lessons. Coaches have the opportunity to use the gym to offer private instruction, where experienced coaches can earn $75+ per hour while helping athletes develop specialized skills. Responsibilities Plan and deliver dynamic gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill level Monitor athletes' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust coaching methods accordingly Ensure all safety procedures are followed during practice and competitions Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship, discipline, and personal achievement Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior management Requirements Prior experience working with children in a sports or educational setting, especially in gymnastics or similar disciplines Knowledge of gymnastics techniques as well as sports-specific training instruction Strong communication skills to effectively teach and motivate students of diverse backgrounds Ability to demonstrate leadership in team settings while managing behavior effectively Passion for fostering a safe, inclusive environment that promotes physical activity and personal growth
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
