Job Description

Felician University is presently offering an exciting opportunity for an energetic and goal-oriented individual with coaching experience in collegiate men's golf to serve as the part-time Head Coach for our dynamic men's golf team. The Head Coach serves as primary instructor for players, as well as supervising all aspects of a NCAA national Collegiate Men's Golf program. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Athletics, the Head Coach assists in the preparation and execution of individual and team practices, training and competition; making travel arrangements for away competitions; identifying and recruiting potential men's golf student-athletes, including email, phone and mail correspondence; monitoring players' academic progress; complying with all aspects of the Felician University Coach's manual. Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree required, degree may be waived with significant practical coaching experience
Qualifications:
2+ years' experience teaching or coaching golf; demonstrated knowledge of NCAA Division II and Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) rules and regulations; ability to work collaboratively with students, as well as assistant coaches and team managers; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
