Job Description
Felician University, the Franciscan University of New Jersey is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic and highly organized full-time professional Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Dean. The Administrative Specialist for Student Success & Accessibility Services is a full-time, in-person, 12-month position with two co-equal areas of responsibility. The role provides direct administrative and operational support to the Dean of Student Success, Retention, & Assessment, including coordination of the Dean's schedule, communications, meetings, records, reporting, purchasing, events, and assigned priorities. The role also supports the Office of Accessibility Services, providing administrative and logistical support for approved accommodations, testing coordination, student and faculty communications, confidential records, and related service workflows in partnership with the Coordinator of Accessibility Services. The position serves as a primary point of contact for the Dean's office and accessibility services and requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion in handling confidential information, and a commitment to responsive, student-centered service and the University mission.
