Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year National Enrichment Group (NEG) is recruiting on behalf of one of our valued Early Head Start clients! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Head Start Instructional Coach to support teaching staff and strengthen high-quality learning experiences for infants and toddlers. This is an excellent opportunity for an early childhood professional who enjoys coaching, mentoring, professional development, and helping educators grow their practice. What You'll Do Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to Early Head Start teaching staff Observe classroom practices and provide constructive, strengths-based feedback Support teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate practices for infants and toddlers Assist with staff supervision and professional development Support compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and applicable regulations Help identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement Collaborate with program leadership and other members of the multidisciplinary team Provide training and guidance on effective classroom practices, health and safety, and child development Promote a positive, collaborative, and supportive learning environment What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field 3+ years of experience working in Early Head Start, Head Start, or a comparable early childhood program Strong knowledge of infant/toddler development and developmentally appropriate practice Experience with classroom coaching, mentoring, observation, or professional development preferred Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards and ELOF preferred Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Passion for supporting educators and improving outcomes for young children Position Full-Time | 12-Month Position 2026-2027 School Year Benefits Include Health, Dental & Life Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan Vacation Days Sick & Personal Days Paid Holidays Winter & Spring Recess Professional Training & Development State-of-the-Art Classrooms Interested in making a difference in the lives of infants, toddlers, and the educators who serve them?
