Thursdays & Fridays | 3:45 PM - 5:45 PM (Two back-to-back 1-hour sessions per day)

Competitive | Commensurate with experience ​ Job Description Are you passionate about soccer and eager to make a positive impact on young athletes? We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable Recreational Soccer Coaches to lead after-school training sessions for our youth recreational program. ​In this role, you will foster a positive, fun, and supportive environment focused on skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork. ​ Key Responsibilities ​Lead two back-to-back 1-hour sessions on Thursday and Friday afternoons (3:45 PM - 5:45 PM). ​ Teach fundamental soccer skills, rules, and game strategies through engaging drills and scrimmages. ​ Create an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere for players of all skill levels. ​Communicate effectively with program coordinators, young players, and parents. ​Ensure player safety and active engagement throughout each session. ​ Qualifications ​ Previous coaching or playing experience in soccer (rec, club, high school, or college). ​Experience working with children or youth sports programs preferred. ​Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ​ Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for scheduled sessions. ​ ​ How to
