Spectrum for Living is a not for profit organization, which provides barrier-free residential facilities and day program facilities, medical/nursing, psychological, recreational, vocational/educational, dietary, psychological, social and therapeutic services. Respite, family support services, Adult Training Center and supported employment opportunities are also provided for persons with physical and developmental disabilities.

Basic Job Functions:

Ensuring that all residents are clean, well-fed, and provided for at all times (this includes toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and laundry work as needed) Providing transportation via company van to necessary medical appointments or other activities Assisting with meal preparation, serving, feeding, and clean up Communicating information in a clear and concise manner for client(s) Integrating new staff members into unit activities Actively participating in recreational activities with client(s)

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Valid

NON-PROBATIONARY

Driver's License (Driving is required) Ability to lift 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodations) All shifts Available (Full-Time & Part Time): We offer fully paid on
