Head Field Hockey Coach Location:
Princeton, NJ Season Dates:
August 17, 2026 - November 6, 2026
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 5:30
PM Compensation:
$6,000 About the Opportunity A school in Princeton, NJ is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Field Hockey Coach to lead its varsity field hockey program for the upcoming fall season. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field while fostering a positive, competitive, and inclusive team culture. Responsibilities Plan and lead daily practices and game-day coaching. Develop players' technical skills, game strategy, and teamwork. Create a positive and supportive environment that emphasizes sportsmanship and personal growth. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, families, and school administration. Supervise athletes and ensure a safe practice and competition environment. Manage team equipment and assist with program organization throughout the season. Qualifications Previous field hockey coaching or competitive playing experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for mentoring and developing student-athletes. Ability to commit to the full season schedule. Must be able to satisfy all school employment and background check requirements.
