Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and establish tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs and therapeutic goals. Track patient progress meticulously by documenting treatments and outcomes in a timely manner to ensure optimal care and adjustments as needed. Provide educational training for patients, family members, and caregivers in the use of assistive devices and at-home therapeutic practices to promote self-management and recovery. Collaborate effectively with other health professionals to create a comprehensive care program that integrates physical therapy with other treatment modalities. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. By delivering individualized care, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Qualifications Candidate must possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey is required. Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with patients and multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and scheduling. Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, newly graduated therapists with a strong passion for patient care are encouraged to apply. Experience with elderly populations or those needing rehabilitation from chronic illness is beneficial. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from
USD 100,000
to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
