In this role, you will lead engaging training sessions, teach fundamental skills, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate players to reach their full potential on and off the field. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on aspiring soccer players while honing your coaching talents in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Be a builder! Partner with leadership team building out D1's Soccer Academy Design and deliver, structured soccer personal and group training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels ages 7-17 Teach fundamental soccer techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive positioning Foster a positive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding player development and behavior management Assist in community awareness efforts Requirements Has been a collegiate soccer player and wants to build out elite soccer training academy Demonstrated ability to work with children in a coaching or teaching capacity Strong communication skills to motivate athletes and engage with parents or guardians Experience working with youth in sports or physical education settings is advantageous
