+ Fitness is seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced Head Coach to lead our coaching team at our Spring Valley location. This is a leadership position for someone who can deliver an exceptional fitness experience while also developing a strong team of coaches and helping manage the day-to-day operation of the gym. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading from the front—coaching classes, engaging with members, developing staff, and maintaining a high standard for the overall member experience. We're looking for someone who brings energy, accountability, professionalism, and leadership to the gym every day. Key Responsibilities Lead engaging, skill-based boxing and fitness classes Manage, mentor, and develop the gym's coaching staff Create and maintain class and coaching schedules Ensure classes consistently meet Mayweather Boxing

+ Fitness standards Build relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating gym environment Support member engagement and retention efforts Help identify opportunities to improve the member experience Assist with the general day-to-day operations of the gym Maintain a professional, organized, and high-energy training environment Work collaboratively with gym ownership and management to support the growth and success of the Spring Valley location What We're Looking For We're looking for a Head Coach who is: Energetic and comfortable leading groups Passionate about fitness and helping others succeed A strong communicator and team leader Capable of coaching and developing other fitness professionals Organized and able to manage schedules and competing priorities Comfortable interacting with members and building relationships Dependable, professional, and accountable Able to balance coaching responsibilities with the operational needs of the gym Experience in boxing, group fitness, personal training, coaching, gym operations, or fitness management is valuable for this position.
