The Role:
Sports Instructor As a Sports Instructor , you're the heartbeat of the gameday experience. You'll lead volunteer coaches, guide young athletes, and create a positive, high-energy environment that families rave about. You're not just teaching skills, you're setting the tone for the entire program. What You'll Do Lead Practices, Referee Games, Teach Multi-Sports Clinic Teach fundamentals, build skills, and keep it fun for all age groups Deliver engaging, structured multi-sport or sport-specific sessions Oversee the field/court, ensure games run smoothly and on time, Provide direction, encouragement, and clarity to volunteer coaches, Deliver top-tier customer service to players, parents, and coaches, Follow processes, uphold brand expectations, and maintain a strong on-field culture, Support & Guide Coaches Create a Positive Experience Execute the i9 Sports Standard You're more than a coach, you're a culture builder and youth sports ambassador .
