Baseball Trainer / Coach

Key Responsibilities:

Lead individual and small group training sessions focused on hitting, pitching, and fielding Design customized skill development plans for athletes Track progress and provide constructive feedback to athletes and parents Coach youth, high school, and collegiate-level players Collaborate with other coaches and leadership to support facility goals Stay current on baseball training techniques and best practices

Qualifications:

College-level playing experience preferred Prior coaching or training experience, especially with youth or high school players Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of hitting, pitching, and fielding mechanics Passion for athlete development and teamwork
