Purpose:

Opportunity for an energetic, knowledgeable, and collaborative volleyball coach, to manage our boys and girls volleyball programs. Programs include single sessions, clinics, camps, and private lessons. This position requires excellent organization, passion for educating youths in the sport of volleyball, motivation to progress the overall program, manage coaching staff during programs, and plan programs for success.

Responsibilities:

manage and deliver exceptional youth volleyball programs train and manage volleyball coaching staff collaborate and develop marketing plans specific to the goals of the company assist with the development of future volleyball programs resolve possible conflicts with players, parents, and staff work with management to schedule, market, and execute volleyball programs Serve as the head of the volleyball program

Qualifications:

5+ years coaching volleyball Previous program management experience Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

•Coach should have some kind of high level experience (college or elite club). They should also be knowledgeable in club volleyball if we are still considering developing a travel team.

Job Types:

Temporary, Part-time Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 5.0 per week
