: The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Coach with: On-ice coaching, skill development, and practice planning Recruiting and evaluating prospective student-athletes who fit the institution's academic and athletic standards Game preparation, video analysis, and opponent scouting Individual player development and mentoring Monitoring student-athlete academic progress and well-being Team travel coordination and logistics Equipment management and administrative duties Community engagement and alumni relations efforts Compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations Other duties as assigned by the

Head Coach and Athletic Department Required Qualifications:
