Evolve Baseball Development is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Baseball Instructor / Performance Coach to join our growing team at our Syosset, Long Island facility. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling , ideal for current coaches, former collegiate players, or baseball professionals looking to work with athletes ranging from youth players to high school and collegiate athletes. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about player development, committed to continued learning, and excited to be part of an multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, strength coaches, and sports performance professionals. Qualifications Collegiate baseball playing experience or previous baseball coaching or training experience preferred but not required. The multidisciplinary team of Physical Therapists, Performance Coaches and Baseball Instructors collaborate to provide the most comprehensive baseball development program on Long Island. The team brings sports science, biomechanics and high level instruction to facilitate the growth and development of our athletes.
