We provide paid, hands-on training — all you need is a great attitude, strong energy, and a love for working with kids and families. Swim Instructors teach children ages 4 months to 12 years old in our warm, 90-degree indoor pool using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum. Why You'll Love Working Here Paid on-the-job training Weekly pay Consistent set schedules Part-time and full-time opportunities Career growth opportunities Positive and supportive team culture Inclusive work environment Fun, high-energy atmosphere Opportunity to make a real impact every day General Requirements Must have reliable transportation Promote a positive environment that fosters fun, safety, and learning Treat every student fairly and equally regardless of circumstances or abilities while encouraging confidence and enjoyment Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled shifts Be dependable and committed to assigned schedules Ensure the safety of swim lesson students at all times Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum Evaluate student progress and complete required documentation in a timely manner Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student development and progress while acting as a Goldfish Swim School ambassador Use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to support student success Inspect pool areas before and after classes for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns Maintain and properly store pool equipment including lane lines and teaching tools Assist with light cleaning duties including deck mopping, window washing, and trash removal as needed Attend required trainings, workshops, and in-service meetings Cross-train and assist in additional responsibilities as assigned by management Job Qualifications & Skills Ability to work with children Excellent communication and organizational skills Time management skills High energy Strong work ethic Ready to Join Our Team?
