ABOUT US

Gym X-Treme Gymnastics, located in Lewis Center, Ohio, is looking for dedicated and reliable recreational class coaches and a compulsory team coach to join our accomplished and continually growing program. Our motivated coaching staff teaches over 900 recreational students and trains over 200 team gymnasts. For over 25 years, our recreational program has focused on teaching proper technique in a safe, positive environment where kids can build confidence and strength. Our competitive program has produced State, Regional, National, and Elite champions, along with many Division I NCAA gymnasts.

RECREATIONAL CLASS COACH POSITION

Lead recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels. Teach proper skill progressions, drills, and hands-on spotting techniques. Maintain a structured, safe environment by enforcing gym safety protocols and managing student behavior. Communicate constructively with students and present a professional, helpful demeanor to parents. Candidates must have prior gymnastics experience (either as a coach or as a former athlete), with a solid understanding of basic/beginner gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. The position requires you to be reliable, punctual, and easy to work with. We are looking for coaches who bring positive energy to every class while keeping students organized and on task. Evening and weekend shifts are available. Competitive pay based on experience.

COMPULSORY TEAM COACH POSITION

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics, whether through coaching experience or by having competed at higher levels for multiple years. We're looking for someone with a consistent coaching style that prioritizes safety and athlete development, and who possesses strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques. This position involves developing and implementing comprehensive training plans that make learning both safe and fun. You'll be responsible for teaching proper technique progressions, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive training atmosphere. We're seeking a coach with positive energy who is encouraging and supportive, and who can effectively motivate and educate our athletes. Part-time or full-time opportunities are available. Must travel to meets and be available evenings and weekends. Competitive pay based on experience.
