Recreational Gymnastics Coach

About Us Gym X-Treme Gymnastics in Lewis Center, Ohio, is looking for reliable recreational class instructors to join our staff. For over 25 years, our recreational program has focused on teaching proper technique in a safe, positive environment where kids can build confidence and strength. Responsibilities Lead recreational gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels. Teach proper skill progressions, drills, and hands-on spotting techniques. Maintain a structured, safe environment by enforcing gym safety protocols and managing student behavior. Communicate constructively with students and present a professional, helpful demeanor to parents. Qualifications Prior gymnastics experience (either as a coach or as a former athlete), with a solid understanding of basic/beginner gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Reliable, punctual, and easy to work with. Bring positive energy to every class while keeping students organized and on task. Available for evening and/or weekend shifts.
