Your Impact As Shift Supervisor, you'll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation's rapid growth. This role directly oversees our Modular Construction Systems line. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
