Job Description
Force Baseball Force Baseball is committed to developing athletes who excel both on and off the field. We provide high-quality coaching for players ages 8U-18U, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, discipline, integrity, and a passion for the game. Our coaches play a vital role in helping athletes reach their full potential while fostering a positive, family-oriented culture. Founded in 2012, Force Baseball has grown into one of Ohio's premier travel baseball organizations, offering competitive teams, elite instruction, and opportunities for players to compete at the highest levels. We are dedicated to preparing athletes for success in baseball, in college, and in life. We are currently seeking Coaches for our 8U-18U teams. We welcome candidates with a variety of playing and coaching backgrounds who are passionate about developing young athletes both on and off the field. Responsibilities Lead team practices, games, and player development activities Foster a positive, competitive, and development-focused team culture Communicate effectively with players, parents, and Force Baseball leadership Promote sportsmanship, accountability, teamwork, and respect Evaluate player performance while ensuring player safety and proper care of equipment Represent Force Baseball professionally on and off the field Qualifications Previous baseball coaching experience preferred Strong knowledge of the game and player development Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Positive attitude, dependable, and passionate about mentoring young athletes We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
