Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Summary Looking for a paralegal or legal assistant with 0-10 years of experience in the field of personal injury who works well with clients and is a detail oriented person. Responsibilities and Duties Docketing, ordering medical records and bills, drafting pleadings, answering discovery and preparing cases for trial. Benefits medical insurance provide for single coverage. Eligible for 401K plan and profit sharing after one year of employment.
