SoCo Gymnastics is looking for positive, dependable coaches to join our recreational gymnastics program. We're looking for people who enjoy working with kids and can create a fun, encouraging environment while helping athletes learn new skills and build confidence. What You'll Do Coach recreational gymnastics classes for children of varying ages and skill levels Teach skills and progressions using SoCo's curriculum Provide positive, age-appropriate instruction and corrections Keep athletes engaged and moving throughout class Help maintain a safe, organized gym environment Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, and other staff Encourage effort, confidence, and growth in every athlete What We're Looking For Gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, dance, or coaching experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Dependable and responsible Positive and patient with kids Comfortable leading a group Willing to learn and take feedback Strong communication and teamwork Schedule Primarily weekday late afternoon and evening recreational classes, with additional hours potentially available.

Pay:

$12.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 12.0 per week
