Job Description
We're a close-knit growing fitness gym deeply rooted in the local community. What you'll do: Coach group classes and individualized strength programming Build relationships with members and help maintain a tight-knit, supportive gym culture Support member onboarding, movement coaching, and safety standards What we're looking for: Strong coaching presence — clear cueing, encouraging, safety-focused Experience with Olympic lifting a plus Reliable, team-oriented, invested in the local fitness community Strength & conditioning coaching certification (e.g., CSCS, NASM-PES, or equivalent), or actively working toward one (a plus, not required)
