Love working with people, great customer service, and making a genuine difference? Sarah Bellum's Bakery & Workshop — a vibrant non-profit bakery in Multnomah Village,Portland — is hiring therapeutic support staff for our Front of House team! As a Functional Skills Coach, you'll support adults and young adults with brain injuries as they build real-world skills in our café and retail space. Help guide them through customer interactions, packaging cupcakes, restocking, running the register, and keeping the shop sparkling — all while using therapeutic tools (cues, prompts, scripts, and positive feedback) designed by our licensed SLP/OT staff. We're looking for: SLP/OT graduate students or undergrads Professionals from social work, special education, recreational therapy, counseling, adult education, or related fields People who thrive on customer service, flexible thinking, and helping others succeed Why you'll love it: Fun, positive, inspiring environment where we literally make people's days sweeter.
