Team Gymnastics Coach

Overview Rigert Elite Gymnastics is looking to add strong, positive coaches to our competitive team staff. We are currently hiring for a Team Coach position with our greatest needs in upper-level Xcel and Optional team coaching, with possible opportunities in lower level teams as well. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, and passionate about helping athletes grow in both skill and confidence. This is a great opportunity for a coach who loves the sport of gymnastics and wants to be part of a program that values athlete development, strong relationships, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

Coach competitive team athletes in assigned groups Support athlete development through strong basics, shaping, and skill progressions Help athletes prepare for routines, competitions, and long-term growth in the sport Maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging training environment Communicate professionally with athletes, families, and fellow staff Assist with additional team groups as needed based on experience and availability

Qualifications:

Previous gymnastics coaching experience required Experience coaching Xcel and/or Optional levels strongly preferred Strong knowledge of gymnastics skill progressions and safe coaching practices Ability to work well with athletes, families, and other coaches Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to spot athletes safely based on assigned level and training group

Schedule:

Schedule will depend on the candidate's availability and role, but our evening team groups currently train during the week in the evenings anywhere from 4:00 to 8:30 PM. We also have a morning optional team training from 8:00 am to 12:30

PM Pay:

Hourly pay based on experience. Salary options also available upon request
