Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Soccer Coach to join our organization. As a Recreation Coach, you will coach and develop young athletes in a competitive and supportive environment. If you have a passion for soccer, a strong coaching background, and a desire to positively impact young players, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical and tactical skills of travel soccer players. Plan and conduct effective practice sessions that focus on player development, team building, and game strategies. Provide guidance and support to players during both training sessions and competitive matches. Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and individual growth. Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential. Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and team administrators to ensure effective communication and coordination. Attend league games, tournaments, and other soccer events as required. Stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies, training techniques, and rule changes in soccer. Ensure the safety and well-being of players at all times.
Soccer coach qualifications:
Previous Playing or Coaching Experience This position includes working evenings and weekends. Job performance will be based on player retention and development of players.

$3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per year
