Philadelphia, PA Time Commitment:
Part Time (5-10+ hours per week); Applicants willing to shift Early AM hours needed (5AM and 6AM). Personal Training Clients Available if interested.
Skills/Requirements:
Excellent communicator and active listener Minimum of 18 months CrossFit experience Understands and believes in company's core values Values integrity, accountability, and commitment Deep interest in doing whatever it takes to help people Independent thinker and problem solver CrossFit Level 1 Trainers Certificate at minimum; ideally L2 or actively seeking L2. Responsibilities Coach 8-10 classes a week Available to schedule and perform intro's Convert leads into members Fulfill opening/closing gym responsibilities Encourage participation in community events Assist in the organization and execution of community events Communicate class feedback and findings to supervisor for further business improvement Cleaning as needed throughout the week Be present at all team meetings. Follow all opening and closing procedures.
Required education:
High school or equivalent, college degree preferred Required experience:
CrossFit:
1.5 years
Personal Training:
at least 1 year Required license or certification: CrossFit Level 1 at a minimum or other current and valid certification from a nationally recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) in group fitness instruction or a relevant specialty (e.g., Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, etc.).
CPR/AED Certification Job Type:
Part-time, Contract Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
