Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same way!
WHAT YOU GET
$20 ($15 during training) per hour (30-45 minute sessions) Flexible scheduling catered to your location and availability Company culture focused on professional growth Access to leadership videos, tools, and resources Thorough Training Uniform and equipment necessary to coach Reimbursement on licenses and certifications acquired during employment
WHAT YOU NEED
Weekend availability is required Passion to positively impact youth players (ages 2-8) Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID High School Diploma Eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Safely manage a class of up to 12 children at a Pre-K school, park, or indoor field. Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development Arrive on-time (early) to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families Manage your class rosters and fill out session feedback forms
