Job Description
You love coaching — the floor, the athletes, the PRs. What you don't love: writing programs at midnight and guessing your way through sessions. At Relentless Athletics, every athlete we train is a female athlete, ages 8 through college. You'd be a daily role model for girls learning what strong looks like.
What the role looks like:
6:1 semi-private sessions in strength, conditioning, speed, and agility — know every athlete, coach every rep Programming — individualized programs run through our proprietary app; your energy goes to the floor, and you learn what works and why! Sports Nutrition Coaching for the female athlete (learn how to have a balanced relationship with food) Weekly continuing education — built into the job, not once a year Science-based methodology — you're never guessing but always learning how to best develop female athletes Development within a company that has the potential to lead to autonomous leadership in a satellite location Compensation Package Hourly paid training to start, with a real growth path into a career coaching salaried position (starting $47K/year) Health, Vision, Dental Benefits offered for full-time coaches (>25hrs/wk) What we're looking for: Experience or strong interest in strength & conditioning for youth/college athletes Someone who wants to develop as a coach, not just collect hours Passion for girls' and women's sportsApply:
