The Mission D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for everyone from Scholastic athletes (ages 7-18) to Adults and Pro Teams . Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their goals efficiently and consistently by providing the best training environment in the world. Your Impact (Job Summary & Responsibilities) As a D1 Coach, you aren't just following a template; you are a specialist who adapts and customizes programs to the athlete in front of you. Lead theFloor:
Coach high-energy group workouts, personal training sessions, and team-specific camps.Drive Results:
Maximize athlete success through best-in-class coaching, nutrition guidance, and accountability.Build Relationships:
Take a personal stake in your athletes' lives—monitoring progress and maintaining the contact that drives long-term retention.Safety First:
Protect our athletes by teaching proper form and reducing injury risk through movement mastery. What You Bring to the Turf (Qualifications)Passion & Expertise:
You have high energy, strong character, and a "customer-first" mentality.The Credentials:
You hold a valid NCCA-accredited certification and are AED/CPR/First Aid certified.The Experience:
You have at least 2 years of strength and conditioning experience (Group, Team, or Personal Training). A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.Availability:
